Arch Insoles
I have a fused left ankle and these insoles, along with the shoes themselves, are tremendous for helping me walk with little to no limp. The inserts are easy to swap out for anyone to change to their desired comfort level. The sizing is accurate which makes the fit in the shoe excellent. I highly recommend these insoles.

Customer service
I have been a long time customer of z coil of greater than 15 years. I still have my original pair which I now wear when working in the yard. I ordered a pair for my wife as a new customer. They needed to be exchanged for a larger size. The customer service experience was amazing as they refunded and sent her a new pair. Can’t say enough about how well customer service treated me. I would highly recommend anyone who suffers from any kind of back pain try these shoes.
Arch Insoles Give Great Support
I think they're very comfortable, I’m pretty sure I will only be using the highest arches as the medium and low don’t really do anything for me. I was a little confused regarding sizing after reading the reviews, so I purchased size 7 insoles which fit my size 7 Z-Coil shoes perfectly. And for my size 7 regular sneakers I bought the size 6 insole, which fit nicely. I plan to buy extra insoles for my other shoes in the future.
