Excellent customer service
Z coil customer service is excellent - purchased z coil sneakers (about 10th pair for my husband who will only wear z coils for daily walks) thru Amazon.com (Prime)as needed immediately to replace old pair. The laces were defective - contacted z coil customer service ( sent picture of defective laces) they sent 3 pairs - unfortunately laces were not the same length as ones that came with sneakers. Contacted z coil customer service again and they sent 3 pair longer length laces immediately - Wonderful group of people - thank you !
