Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the order confirmation receipt or shipping list.
Where to Return
- For exchanges, please write the new size requested on the packing list and return the footwear to us at 6934 4th Street NW Albuquerque, NM 87107
- Purchases made directly from Z-CoiL please return to: Z-CoiL Footwear Returns, 6934 4th Street NW Albuquerque, NM 87107
- Purchases made from a participating Independent Z-CoiL Distributors must be returned to the store from which they were purchased.
- Purchases made from Amazon, please sign into your Amazon account to manage the purchase for return.
How to Return
Step 1: Contact the Z-CoiL Distribution Center at email@example.com with the request to return within 30 days
Step 2: Return to Z-CoiL Footwear Returns, 6934 4th Street NW Albuquerque, NM 87107 (The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer) Please provide a copy of the order confirmation receipt or shipping list so we know who you are
Step 3: A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the return has been received and processed.
1. How soon will I be refunded?
Credit for returned product will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the product at the Z-CoiL Distribution Center. Depending on the customer's credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after credit has been issued for it to be posted to the customer's account.
2. Will Z-CoiL pay for return shipping?
We do not pay for return shipping.
3. What if it is past 30 days?
Unfortunately, if you've waited longer than 30 days we cannot process a return or exchange.
4. What if I've worn the shoes?
Z-CoiL will accept the shoes in any condition if they are returned within 30 days. See our 30 day risk-free trial for details.
