Questions people ask before their first pair
Do I have to sign up for the trial?
No. Every new pair bought on zcoil.com is covered automatically. Creating an account just makes exchanges and returns faster.
Can I really wear them outside? Even to work?
Yes. That's the point. Wear them to work, on concrete, on the trail, in the rain. The trial covers them in any condition, so there's nothing to keep clean.
When do my 30 days start?
The day your shoes are delivered, not the day you order. The date bar at the top of this page shows the earliest day you're covered through.
Why 30 days?
The coil takes about a week to settle into your stride, and most people know within the first few days after that. Thirty days gives you a full month of real use to be sure.
Who pays return shipping?
Exchanges for a different size, style, or spring strength: we do, with a prepaid label. Returns for a refund: you do. Ship them to us in Albuquerque and we refund the full purchase price.
Does it cover Amazon or outlet purchases?
No. The trial applies to new shoes bought on zcoil.com. Amazon orders follow Amazon's return policy, which requires unworn items. Outlet and gently used pairs are final sale.
I ordered two pairs to compare. Are both covered?
Yes. Every pair bought on zcoil.com is covered. Keep one, keep both, or send both back within 30 days of delivery.
Does using a discount code change anything?
No. One code per order, and the trial stays fully active with a code applied. Final-sale items stay final sale.
