If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, you’ll need to purchase a new coil in your desired size.

Spring Strength Guide
Z-CoiL® shoes come pre-fitted with one of four spring strengths based on shoe size. 90% customers find the default setting comfortable, but body weight and gait style can affect what feels best for you.

|---|---|---|
| Small | Women’s 5–7 | Up to 150 lbs |
| Medium | Women’s 8–11, Men’s 8–9 | 120–200 lbs |
| Large | Men’s 10–13 | 160–240 lbs |
| XL | Men’s 14+ | 220 lbs and above |
Pro Tip: During normal walking, the spring should compress about 75%.
- If you bottom out (fully compress the spring), choose a stronger coil.
- If the spring feels too stiff, consider switching to a softer coil.
