1. From your account
Log in to your Z-CoiL account, open the order with the item you'd like to exchange, and select the exchange option. Follow the prompts to choose your replacement, and we'll email you a prepaid return label for your original pair.
2. By email Prefer to have us handle it? Email painfree@zcoil.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. Our team takes care of the rest, prepaid label included.

Want your new pair faster?
A standard exchange ships after we receive and process your original pair. If you're in a hurry, there's a quicker path:
To go the fast route: place a new order right away for the size, style, or spring strength you want — it ships out immediately. Then start a separate return on your original pair. Standard returns outside of an exchange are customer-paid shipping, but you're not waiting on processing.

- Exchanges must be started within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale and gently-used items are not eligible for exchange.
