Installation:
Step 1. Remove the insole from each shoe.
Step 2. Below the insole is a “trap door.” Lift up the door and unscrew the spring with a Phillips screwdriver. Tighten firmly, but use caution not to strip the screw head.
Step 3. Re-attach the spring in EXACTLY the same orientation as the old spring. Note: Z-CoiL springs can be adjusted in 90 degree increments to adjust for pronation. Turning the coil will affect the resistance on the inside or outside of your feet and may cause under or over pronation.

They are really good to wear and to run in they are so good when you go out for your run during the day it is good when you go out for a road race I have been doing that for a very long time I am 61 years old and I am still running my old age. They will keep you from getting hurt when you get older. Refreshed heels
I love my Z-coil sneakers. I have a pair of colorful limited-editions with white and black coils. The heels are no longer coming apart and are back in use!
Z-Coil replacement coils
I needed to replace the coils that were starting to show wear on the outside of the coils. The Zcoil website video showed how to unattache the old coils and how to attach the new ones. Very good video.
