Installation:
Step 1. Remove the insole from each shoe.
Step 2. Below the insole is a “trap door.” Lift up the door and unscrew the spring with a Phillips screwdriver. Tighten firmly, but use caution not to strip the screw head.
Step 3. Re-attach the spring in EXACTLY the same orientation as the old spring. Note: Z-CoiL springs can be adjusted in 90 degree increments to adjust for pronation. Turning the coil will affect the resistance on the inside/outside of your feet and may cause under or over pronation.

My Daily Walk
About 8 years ago the pain in my feet was unbearable, that accompanied by joint and muscle pain stopped me from my daily walk of 4 miles. Two things happened at that time in my life, one and most important was my Jesus found me, the second was He led me to a woman with peculiar shoes, i bought my first pair. Since then, i have received healing through my entire body, all to God's glory, and i am on my 6th pair of z-coils! These shoes are great, i walk on asphalt and i feel no negative impact on my body, they have helped me alot. They are very durable, these shoes are the second answer to a pain free walk, Jesus being the first. Everyone asks about my peculiar shoes, and they usually get a testimony of my Savior, and another of my shoes.

Good. I don't usually use open coils because they track dirt and catch cords and such. Even though the open coils are more durable. But due to recent foot problems, I need to adjust my foot pronation, and the open coils allow for more adjustment than the covered coils,
