I had both of my hips replaced in the last 18 months. For the 6 months prior to the first hip replacement, I was in such pain that I couldn't walk without limping. All told, for the last 2 years I have not walked without a noticeable limp.

At the Tulsa State Fair, we saw the Z-CoiL booth and stopped to see how the “gimmick" shoes worked. I put the shoes on and took a short walk. Within the first couple of steps, I was sold. My limp was gone and I was walking normal again.

I was able to stand on one foot without feeling anything "different" in my hips! The Z-CoiL shoe actually absorbed any pressure that I normally would feel in my hip. I was so excited that I had my mom take a picture of me standing on one foot. I hadn't been able to do that for the previous 2 years.

With my old shoes, when I would walk, I would often start to fall to one side or the other and have to catch myself on an object. My muscles still don't have the strength to catch me. As I was walking through the remainder of the fair with Z-CoiL shoes on, I found myself falling, like I do everyday. But the coil had been adjusted to fit my needs. As I started falling to the left, I felt the sole catch me without me needing to hold on to anything.

I travel for a living, and spend a lot of time walking through airports. With my new shoes, I am able to walk normally again. I was able to keep up with the other passengers around me, and actually was able to walk from my gate to the luggage area without having to stop and rest my hips.

Thank you for changing my life!! I now have tennis shoes for everyday living, and a pair of dress shoes for church.
